Accounts not auto creating

When someone signs up I have to go and see pending activate it then go to user product and services then create it! I have set it to auto create so why dont it? anyone know please?

 

Also my hosting accounts are in products and services how do I get them in hosting?

Are they supposed to auto create or am I supposed to push create each time?

Which setting do you have enabled under that product?

 

[] Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed

[] Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received

[] Automatically create the account when you manually accept a pending order

[] Do not automatically setup this account

 

 

You should have

 

[x] Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed

[x] Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received

[] Automatically create the account when you manually accept a pending order

[] Do not automatically setup this account

As I it is free what I am testing I have the auto create when order is placed. Still not working though.

Sorted it thanks noticed prob in products/serversettings/default install server was wrong.
