maritimer
Having a bit of a problem setting up my products and getting the cart to play nicely. I am trying to test order a product using the Direct Shopping Cart link. It bring up the page for entering the domain, once the domain is entered and submit is hit it bring up the whole list of products for the particularly group. This doesn't seem right, if I am chosing the direct shopping cart link it should remain with that product id not bring up the whole group of products. Anyway, just for fun I select the product it should be on but the cart reverts back to the domain selection page. So, the direct cart url is: whmcslocation.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=2 however after chosing the domain and submitting it takes me to cart.php Hope I made some sense!
Sitepearl
Did you disable the "Require Domain" option for this product?

maritimer
Well this one has me perplexed. I have dropped a ticket into whmcs this morning. I had re-uploaded all files again, replaced any custom teplates with the default ones but the problem remains. I was thinking perhaps when I integrated whmcs into the site something went wrong but nope. I tried Portal and the other templates tried different cart templates too but all with the same result. The cart is not functioning correctly. Hopefully support can look into it. No doubt I have missed something obvious!!!

laszlof
My next suggestion would be to check session.save_path in php.ini and make sure that the directory its set to is writable.
