Cannot Send Emails - AT ALL

Hi, hope someone can help me!!

 

I recently upgraded to 5 - not sure if that is the reason but that is when i started noticing email sending failure.

 

I have posted a quick screenshot video showing the situation:

Anytime I try to send an email, from anywhere in WHMCS, it fails and just forwards me to this page: http://pensaweb.com/clients/admin/clientsemails.php?userid=677

 

or on the client's summary tab, i click send email: order confirmation and it takes me to this page: http://pensaweb.com/clients/admin/clientsemails.php?userid=677&action=send&type=general

 

. No matter if I am trying to send mass mail or just re-send product welcome email.. or the automatic welcome email when a product is purchased... the system has completely stopped sending emails!

 

Please anyone have any idea why it's doing this???

i had the same problem when i had the Unsubscribe Link module installed. this is what WHMCS told me to do and as soon as i did everything worked

 

 

Hi Terry

The issue is related to the Unsubscribe Link module you are currently running and Version 5, if you disable this module and remove the hook if installed, your mail will function. Please contact the module vendor for support.
