3.1.2 promo code

Recommended Posts

Hey,

Just reproduced this for Matt on our server, works fine in V3.2 BETA and been discussing it in a ticket:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi,

We're trying to use a promo code to discount 20.00 money value off an add-on.

The product or service is free because the add-ons are what's invoiced but the promo code is failing to reduce to the add-on amount by £20.00.

Latest WHMCS version.

When the promo code is entered it realises it's a £20 discount, it just doesn't do the maths. Unlimited use, expiry tomorrow. No foreign symbols etc.

Regards,

*

Matt

Hi *,

Thanks for the report. I'll run some tests on this issue and see what we find.

Regards,

Matt

Any news on this one Matt?

Popped up again today when we were doing figures on webresellers.net in their WHMCS.

Hi *

It should be fixed in our V3.2 release. It would be appreciated if you could try reproducing the error on our online demo of V3.2 and check that it's fixed there for you!

Regards,

Matt

Could you reissue our 15 day license so we can upload v3.2 beta to our server and trial this then you can obviously expire the license again?

Regards,

*
