hoosierweb Posted July 11, 2007 Share Posted July 11, 2007 I would like to be able to either 1. make it easier for customers to find products.. ie a direct link to products in hosting/support/and what ever other categories I set up 2. if the above can not be done easily.. setting up in different locations on the same server each with its own db.. hosting, support, and whatever else I have The reason I need this is I push links to clients via live chat.. most of those are for support.. but when I send them to domin/order.php they see the default category (which they can change via the drop down) which isn't ideal.. as I want my default to be hosting.. for clients coming to the order page.. and not having to have support clients check out only having to figure out how to see their options.. I hope I am missing something or can use one license on the same domain.. but this isn't ideal since I would like the accounts to be shared on all parts.. so Ideally am I able to send someone a link that will select a product by default.. ie support 1 hour (a product) so they don't have to be confused on how to check out my support options? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
