Invoice generation reminder not sent

Hello

 

Unfortunately with the setting that I have, Invoice generation reminders are not sent.

 

Also overdue msges are not sent to clients.

 

They only receive suspention messages as their account becomes suspended!

 

I attach an image that can best describe my Automation Settings.

 

I have also activated the file cron.php to run every 4 hours.

 

Any recommandation to alert clients before suspention?
