No generating invoice for a Client

Hi,

we have a client that pay to us an annual subscription that include a free number of hosting space and domains.

I have create an hidden product, set it to FREE and with free domain registration.

Because of the free produc, the free domain doesn't work.

So 2 question:

1) is there a way to create a free product with free domain so the invoce is not generated? or

2) is there a way to complete disabled invoice generation for specific client?

When do you bill the client if you ever send them an invoice? kinda makes no sense

 

but options

 

1. Create a custom quote

 

2. Orders > create new order > uncheck generate invoice then you would use thus with a hidden setup

 

2.2 create a reoccurring product "yearly invoice" eligible for free domain, then addons and etx with configurable options.
