Send email to Admin when - Invoice created, New Client, etc

Hi,

 

Was just wondering if it were possible to get an email sent to an admin or just a single email address when:

 

1. A new user account has been setup, as in no products or services, just the user login.

 

2. When an invoice has been created.

 

Any help would be great.
