tomb Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Hello. we would like to switch from Kayako to WHMCS. So, we successfully imported all KB articles tickets and announcements. The only issue we have is that all line breaks are ignored. All tickets are messed up!Both DB tables and DB collcation are set to utf8_general_ci. What's the correct line break for WHMCS?
