Pre Sales Question from a german user

Yves

Question

Hi,

i have a few questions, regarding WHMCs:

1. I have different businesses i am running.

- SEO Agency (german market)

- Backlinkbuilding Service (wordlwide)

- Selling PHP Scripts (worldwide)

Now i would like to know if i can handle all different kind of customers from one WHMCs Account. It has to be in a way my customers dont notice each other. Also different languages, currencies and so on. Is this possible?

2. Are there pre configured Tax files for germans selling worldwide?

Thanks, Yves

Few answers for you...

Different customer types - Yes. Check out the demo... you can create different types of products (not just hosting)... and your customers will never see each other. If you're selling PHP scripts, I highly recommend the WHMCS licensing addon to manage your licenses effectively.

Different languages - Yep. I see a german clientarea language file, but not an admin one. Creating your own won't take very long at all though...

Currencies - For sure! Just add the currency in the admin area, and set a conversion rate (from USD)... pretty sure this can be automated and updated regularly for you.

Tax rules - They exist, but I do not believe there are any 'pre-configured' rules... there are too many combinations out there to effectively offer preconfigured rules. Setting them up is easy though.

Prost!

WHMCS is licensed on a per-domain basis, so my guess would be no... though if you are willing to pay for two licenses they might be able to share the same database... not sure. That's a question better suited for the WHMCS staff.
