KING dot NET
If I start using $18.95/month, after a few months decided to go for a one-time $324.95, what is the process for upgrade? Do I need to re-install, or just update the license from monthly to one-time based license. Please clarify. Thank you.
0 laszlof
You'll be issued a new license. Its just a matter of updating the license in your config file and you're good to go.
0 Sitepearl
You just update the license. The same thing applies if you upgrade to a branded owned license, and then want to upgrade to an unbranded license. Just enter the new license key and you're good to go.
0 WHMCS Liam
Hi Yep as others have said, it's a simple change. You would simply need to order an owned license from http://www.whmcs.com/order and then replace the license key in your admin area. To replace the license key just go to Help > Change License Key Once you have done this you then need to contact our support team (Via support tickets) asking us to cancel your monthly lease license. We will then cancel the license and any due invoices relating to that product. In addition do not forget that if you currently pay via Paypal subscription for your monthly lease license you should login to your paypal account and cancel the subscription to us for your monthly license to prevent paypal continuing to send us your payment.
