Hello,

 

I use phpcipher encrypting for my online programming, I was just wondering how hard/easy it would be to use WHMCS to automatically create a phpcipher license file for the user to download.

 

The way their system works is,

 

The client buys the software, after verification the site allows them to set their domain, and then download the license BUT as of right now their system is not working, I don't exactly wish to code my own client management software, but if I must have to then thats fine.

You can use WHMCS's licensing addon to issue domain licenses, though I think must of us use Ioncube to encrypt our code.

To create a phpcipher license would probably require a custom module to integrate with the API for that system. But please kindly take a look at our Licensing Addon if you need to license your own code and applications: http://www.whmcs.com/addons/licensing-addon/

 

With this addon you will be able to license certain domains to use your software, and customers won't need to download a file to put in place, they simply just need to enter the license key your WHMCS auto generates for them.
