rmbpantek Posted January 20, 2012 Share Posted January 20, 2012 I am trying to determine if there is a way to auto assign the flagged admin for a support ticket. When a ticket is created in the Client area, I would like the admin that opened the ticket be the admin the ticket is flagged to. I looked into using a hook, but the admin ID doesn't appear to be a variable that is passed. Does anyone have any input or suggestions?
