Email Logo not showing with Dedicated IP

Hi i just got my dedicated ip and my SSL all set up but now i noticed with tickets and other emails that should have my logo at the top it is no longer showing just a box with an X in it.

 

Since this option to show image is set with WHMCS to show the logo at the top of email in settings i am at a loss as to how to fix this.

 

Maybe change the image url in settings to the https address, but why would that matter the logo should come up either way right?

 

Any ideas?

thanks after i left this question i also noticed i could not get into my admin area because of the new ded ip. I did a support ticket and they reset my ip on the license. Just tested the email and yes the logo is there now so must have been associated with the license ip access.
