Invoices not generating automatically and can't create invoice manually

Hi,

Our WHMCS system has stopped generating invoices for domains automatically, I've tried to create the invoices manually but they disappear once I click to save the invoice.

This started happening about 2 and a half months ago. We are running version 3.6.2.

The cron.php file is running on a daily basis.

I'm new to the system, so I'm not sure what additional information you may need.

Thanks,

I was hoping to get this sorted out without upgrading, I know its an old version but is there any advice you can give me that might help?

Honestly, I would strongly recommend you updating. The older versions of WHMCS compare nothing to the newer version. Features are strong, dependable and seem to all be stable. Not to mention the huge risk you take with security and vulnerabilities.

Dealing with the current setup you have......

Its not clear if this has started happening, or if its worked, but now does not.

We had a similar problem and tracked it down to a date problem in the WHMCS database.

For some reason (not related to WHMCS) the dates had a space " " in them and this caused the trouble.

Could be worth checking the database is OK.
