gaurang.spaceo Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Hello, I have installed WHMCS and using default support ticket module.but i have different support ticket system now i want to integrate that support ticket software into WHMCS.I have seen that we can overwrite built in WHMCS support module by creating new custom support. gaurang.spaceo Posted January 17, 2012 Author Share Posted January 17, 2012 maybe you can help by telling what support module you want to use Hello Sparky, Actually, we have our own developed support ticket software.We are using it for our clients.now,we doesn't want to use builtin WHMCS support ticket module. now whenever my client login into WHMCS and submit ticket,edit ticket,reply on ticket, status changes of ticket etc... then this ticket information should go into our third party ticket software.
