shed Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 Hi, We have restricted users from submitting support tickets via email - now all customers must login to the client area to open a new ticket. However we want to send a message to users attempting to open a ticket via email - just to inform them that they must login to the client area to open a ticket... I believe this is possible using an action hook. Does anyone have a similar actionhook? or can anyone offer any pointers on how me might achieve this?
