We have just installed and are getting the error: Server Command Error Account Creation Failed: Account Creation Failed when we try to create a new account, I have checked that the name of the account is the same but still the same problem. We are also getting a similar problem trying to get domains registered (in test mode, with test username and password) in opensrs, but might just be a read hearing. The server details from our reseller account are: WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.6.0-C14936 CENTOS Enterprise 4.5 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 Hope someone can help.
