Preventing Blank orders.

For some reason, someone is able to submit entirely blank orders. The problem is that since they are entirely blank, they don't show up anywhere in the invoice, new customer, or other lists. Therefore, I can't find their IP to block them. But more annoying is that on one order they did put a domain, so it incremented my pending order and pending domain counts, but nothing shows in the list when viewed.

 

So:

 

1) How can I prevent blank signups?

 

2) How can I remove these bogus entries from my database?
