Related service info in the ticket is not showing in the Admin support area

Im not sure if this is a bug or is only happening to me.

When a client open a ticket and select the related service from the drop down this information is not showing in the Admin/support section.

 

Anything can cause this? im using the V4 admin template without any modification, switching to the other admin templates is the same, no related service info.

ps.: im in the last version of WHMCS

Hi vincent, we did find it was working but the row bg color is very soft, simply edit the following in the css to another color:

 

table.datatable tr.rowhighlight td {

background-color: "to something else";

}

 

Edit the "to something else" for another hexa color code.
