windyartisans
Hi, I've just installed whmcs, and I tried adding my whm hosting accounts. I followed the instructions, and I guess I've been able to connect to my cpanel account, but when I try to import the accounts, whmcs tells me there are no accounts to import.
Sitepearl
Are the packages within WHM also setup within WHMCS?
windyartisans
I have set up packages with names starter pack, value pack, premium pack and ultimate pack in whm - they are listed as myusername_starter there. In WHMCS I set up packages with names starter pack, value pack, premium pack and ultimate pack I have to people signed up for starter pack through whm but they are not being transferred to whmcs.
Sitepearl
Fair enough. On your packages, when you go to "Module", is a) cPanel/whm selected and b) is the "Module Name" listed as myusername_starter? WHMCS must know exactly what package the account refers to on the server so that it can do server-side actions properly.
windyartisans
So I edited the module package for starter pack with whm: myusername_Starter Pack When I go to import it still says 0/200 even though I have two clients with that package.
