Getting 404 page errors when trying to save settings

I just installed WHMCS today and I am experiencing some problems which may just be server config issues:

 

1) When I save my OpenSRS information under Domain Registrars, I get a 404 page when I click save.

 

2) When I try and import domains from cPanel, I get the following error message;

 

Import Domains from cPanel/WHM

Import Results

0 Succeeded

1 Failed

1. apexplumbi

 

3) When I goto Products/Services and try and "Create a New Group" it goes to a 404 error page.

 

Has anyone experienced this on a fresh install? Is there a cPanel server setting I'm missing? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would reupload the files, just dont overright the config file...
