hawk Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 Hi, Anyone know what must be done to setup a Free Trial for a pre-determined number of days other than monthly using the promotions page? I see in the 'promotions' that one can create a promo and make it 100% (even though we tried it, for some reason it showed a 0.33 credit perhaps due to prorating. But this seems to be for a minimum of one month. We want to give a certain number of days as a 'free trial' and on the day after, if the trial user has not opted to purchase the plan, the system deletes the account. In 'products/services' => 'pricing', a set number of days can be placed and that will auto terminate the account. This looks like a good option but the question is, how does the trial user keep the account if they like it? The other question is, using the option above, it appears that a new product would have to be created and have the Payment Type Radio Box checked as 'free'.
