m8internet
As far as I am aware the email templates are plain text, so cannot include HTML What you can do is include your company logo in the PDF created files of invoices, receipts, etc
vincent_g
Way wrong answer The correct answer is you have a logo url that can be added to the email template - scroll down to view it under client full name or other tags to click on. But you need to place the <img tag around it. You can add a table or any HTML to the message. If it works in a browser it will work in an email. But if you check send email in plain text this will not show. What would be a nice feature to add would be to have a header that can be edited which by default is blank or has some WHMCS promo in it. And all templates given will have this new header field added to the top. {header} email message of what ever Since upgrades over write the email templates ( they are saved in the database ) having one place to place your custom header would be nice. One for each - plain text and HTML email formats. Edited February 14, 2012 by vincent_g
