So I am planning to do a compleate fresh install / setup just to make sure nothing is missed out.

What is the easiest way for me to export / import all my clients / billing etc over to the new system once I have set it up.

thanks

Mike

No need for a refresh, complete install, looks like a configuration step has been skipped in error

So let's start with the cronjob

Your cronjob is running, it is just that you are not receiving the notification / copy by email

What about where the cronjob runs and an item occurs?

For example

31/12/2011 00:00

Cron Job: Sending Invoice Reminders

Do you receive copies of these invoices / reminders?

If unsure, look at Unpaid invoices and compare

If so, then there is no issue there

What control panel is running your cronjob?

If it is cPanel, then check the email address you have inserted in the upper section
