dbullard Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 I upgraded from 4.5.2 I believe and towards version 5.0.2 Followed the instructions to the T and over wrote the new files and upgraded through admin except now I cant get rid of this error and therefore cant access my billing Fatal error: Cannot redeclare htmlspecialchars_array() in /home/radiosol/public_html/clients/dbconnect.php on line 0 I have emptied my cache and it didnt help I then restored to 4.5 and upgraded to 5.0.3 and the same problem exists What is the fix to this ? LawrenceHE Posted December 29, 2011 Share Posted December 29, 2011 I have had the same problem upgrading from 4.5.2 to 5.02. That being said there must be a simple explanation. When you "down graded" your installation, did you encounter any errors, or did you have a fully functions WHMCS? If so, what were your steps to go back to 4.5?
