In the demo the configuration settings have been disabled, however you just choose the cards you want to accept under invoices in General Configuation in the whmcs admin panel. No, Maestro has only replaced Switch not Solo. I have tested a Solo card, the start date and issue number aern't required. I can confirm it works.
