Problems with account info e-mail

You shouldn't need to delete an order, unless it remains unpaid and is no longer required

If it remains unpaid then change its status to Cancelled

If the order is paid, then change its status to Paid

This should then auto-create the customers products, send them a copy receipt by email, along with the welcome emails (both WHMCS and WHM)
