Code Wrap HTML in TinyMCE Text Editor

Recommended Posts

We're building our knowledgebase with the usual help articles and some of them need us to add example code that the user can simply copy and paste into their site.

For example, a basic contact form would begin with something like this ...

<input type=hidden name="recipient" value="you@your-domain-name">

Unfortunately, the code wrap function ...

[ CODE ] wrapped text [ /CODE ]

... is not included in the TinyMCE editor so whenever the KB articles is saved the text editor auto formats the code and builds the actual contact form.

Is there a way around this?
