I am using email PIPE with WHMCS script, everything goes well but the user receives an error message :

Now i searched a lot and came to a thread in 2 forums, but when i tried that solution and tried to access /usr/local/lib/php.ini via ssh, i got permission denied. I have the root access.

How do i resolve this.
