So slow creating vm

Hi, I have configured the system with a product with this expects:

 

Module Name Solusvmpro

Virtualization Type openvz

And i selected:

Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed

 

When people order a new vps, at final step, they must wait like 2-3 minutes before the page is 100% loaded. Is like it's configuring the vps.

How do i do to "getting ready" the server after the page is loaded?
