easyswiss
Hi Dear, Because we forgot to update whmcs, our system got hacked (i don't know if the hacker got the database, but he had access to upload a phpshell..).e a Now i have changed all passwords (ftp, mail, sql,...) Because the hacker got the "hash" i must change all passwords in whmcs for the cpanel customers and the hash itself. My question is now: - How to change the hash?u - Is there a function to mass change all the cpanel passwords?
FlexiHost
#1 - In WHM find Setup Remote Access Key, then click Generate New Key #2 - Under Account Functions - Force Password Change - Select All, scroll down to bottom, hit submit.
9DollarDomains
Hi. We have the same question, BUT this will force people in their CPanels to change their Passwords (good) but it won't update those passwords into the WHMCS accounts will it? The problem then is that we have hosting accounts that we can't service any longer, since we can't log into their accounts for them. Is there a way in WHMCS to force everyone to change their passwords and to have WHMCS to update that on the servers? Or is there a way for WHMCS to generate new passwords for people and to change those in WHM/Cpanel for the people?

Is there a way in WHMCS to force everyone to change their passwords and to have WHMCS to update that on the servers? Or is there a way for WHMCS to generate new passwords for people and to change those in WHM/Cpanel for the people? I'm actually looking for a similar function, where we can force a password update from WHMCS, but on a scheduled / regular basis. And I'm sure there was a feature request for it, but I can't find it right now.
