We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team providing help & support to WHMCS users. The type of applicants we are looking for should be passionate about helping customers to resolve issues & answer queries. Excellent written communication, advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and being able to work independently are a must. Having experience with PHP development, and having the ability to review & understand PHP code is a bonus. Ability and commitment is as important as current skill set. You should be highly motivated, have technical flair, an interest in all things technology, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Key Skills/Attributes Required > Excellent written communication skills in the English language > Familiarity with WHMCS usage, features & functionality > Keen to learn and expand knowledge further > Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience > Ability to work independantly & be dependable/reliable > Have a good technical understanding of Web Hosting and PHP Technologies > Coding knowledge of any of HTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL are a bonus > Windows Live/Skype for communication We are looking for candidates from the UK and US only at the current time.
