support ticket overview

Wonder if someone knows the answer to this, its got me beat at the moment...


The support ticket overview widget in the admin summary screen, 2 of our installs shows eg answered, customer reply, on hold, in progress, closed, open and my flagged.... One only shows my flagged, yet all administrator roles are set same and all admins are same between all installs.... yet cannot get all the other statuses onto the one admin area....


any ideas???
