WHMCS BLANK PAGE after Upgrade php from 5.2 -> 5.3

WHMCS 4.2 blank page after upgrade php from php 5.2 -> php 5.3

 

i have already

1. set templates_c to 777

2. set .htaccess -> display_errors on

3. setting configuration.php $display_error = true;

 

then i purchased support & upgrade service and download whmcs 5 try to upgrade but still blank. no error just blank.

 

help me fix this.
