Support Tickets issue

Hi,

 

My Support Tickets in WHMCS have been odd lately. Im unsure if the hacker deleted a table

in the database or not but when a ticket is open and I closed the ticket. The ticket is still in

the "Awaiting Reply". How can I fix this?

 

As you can see in the picture:

There's only 1 ticket but it's marked as closed but still in the Awaiting Reply.
