The situation is a 1 off service (website build) and with that will be monthly hosting and email services. The hosting cost will be unique to that client so I dont necessarily want to set up a product/service but I need to confirm that is the only way. Also is there a way to add a Quote Approval / Sign off feature to a quote? So the user can approve the cost? I would have put this in the tips and trick forum but I dont have access for some reason.
