custom WHMCS invoice and quote development

i am looking for some custom WHMCS billing client development

 

i would like public function Footer() edited in tcpdf.php so it only puts footer on the 1st page and not every page.

 

2nd i would like the invoice.tpl and quotepdf.tpl to show as attached(WHATIWANT.pdf) it is almost there it currently displays (WHMCSSAMPLE.pdf) it just need the watermark adjusting and sending to background.
