Adjusting products/services prices in setup

I was curious, when/if I adjust a product/service price in setup, why is it not reflected in the client product/service screen?

 

Basically, I want to adjust my price on a particular product and service in setup. But I also have to go to each customer who has the product/service and adjust them manually as well.
