Iphone app + live chat?

If I am reading things correctly, you can use the new live chat via an iphone? Basically, I am a VERY small hosting company, serving mostly local clients. It's literally me and a friend alternating sleep schedules, so I'm looking for a solution to where I can do live chat via my phone while I'm out and about. Can the whmcs live chat thing do this? If so, do I need to pay the monthly live chat fee AND the one time iphone fee? Thanks for any info. I did a forum search, and found lots of information on an iphone app and the live chat system, but no info on if an app works FOR live chat. Thanks guys!

The Live Chat system is separate to the the main WHMCS system for Apps - good idea however to get the 2 merged.

 

You would need to get the Star Develop live chat app on your iPhone as well.

Gotcha. So I would need the whmcs live chat purchase, and then also get a stardevelop live chat iphone app and I'd be good to go? Thanks again for the info.

I have both the whmcs app and the live help app on my iPhone, I would recommend neither. Its easier to just open the web browser up on your phone and do it.
