tomdchi Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 (edited) Check the obvious first. Check activity log for cron entries or any error messages(its under Utilities). If there are no cron entries then your cron is not running. Check that cron job is set properly. Then run cron manaully. You can do this with your browser as in http://yourdomain.com/admin/cron.php If emails are sent with manual execution then your cron settings on the server are wrong. Check under Automation settings to see if the reminder is set to zero. Check customer account to see if overdue emails are disabled.
