Can someone please give me step by step instructions and if possible some screenshots. Its mainly the syntax that Im not sure of and how to test if the tasks are running properly. What I need to know is whether the action I'm calling is correct. I have it opening php.exe and have "C:\inetpub\vhosts\mysite.co\httpdocs\Billing\admin\cron.php" as the optional argument.
