Site error: /pipe/pop.php (IonCube Already Installed!)

Hi Guys,

I just purchased a WHMCS license through a reseller ( http://my.mcde.info ).

The server is running NGINX, with PHP5-fpm on there and WHMCS seems to run fine. I installed the IONCube loaders and went through with the installation etc and it all works great, except fetching emails!

I then executed the command in the console and received the following error:

php -q /var/www/whmcs/pipe/pop.php

Site error: the file <b>/var/www/whmcs/pipe/pop.php</b> requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Now I do have IonCube already installed, however the email pipe/pop can't seem to find it. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? php5-cli is installed, as I checked.
