lance Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Hi Alll, Wondering if someone can assist, we are trying to automate our reseller packages, eg when we accept orders for shared accounts they get created without any problem, yet we cannot get the reseller ones to work, always get a message saying error occured.... Module Create Failed - Service ID: 365 - Error: An unknown error occured The account though is created in WHM, has the right package, yet doesn`t have ownership of its own account... shows as a standard account Anyone able to assist or provide me a screenshot of how they have their reseller plan is setup on their products please to see if its something I am missing. thanks in advance 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
