xxkylexx Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 Hey Matt, I just had a new signup for a hosting account and a domain transfer. The customer created the Paypal subscription after the order, however, forgot to do the domain transfer subscription. So, I had them go to Client Area > My Domains > View Details > Pay Now so that they could create the initial subscription with us. After this was done, the transaction and invoice was logged under an inactive old client, and a billing confirmation email was sent to them. Any idea why this happened? I manually removed the transaction and invoice from the old, incorrect client and added then where they needed to be. This isn't the first time this has happened, if I recall correctly.
