netone Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 Hello, My company charges a one time $100 deposit fee for web design services that we bill though WHMCS. Even though this is setup as a one time fee (no recurring), my customers are still noticing the $100 showing up as recurring as well when they login to the client area.
