Is there a way to put WHMCS completely into a maintenance type of mode while we make updates and changes? If so, could someone point me to how? Thanks

Hello, My company charges a one time $100 deposit fee for web design services that we bill though WHMCS. Even though this is setup as a one time fee (no recurring), my customers are still noticing the $100 showing up as recurring as well when they login to the client area. Is there any way to change this so $0.00 shows up in the recurring since it is a one time payment only? Thanks Bill

Hi, Im not sure why, but today whenever I go to edit any of the email templates, it automatically defaults to the "Hosting Account Welcome Email (cPanel). No matter which template I try to edit, it automatically selects this one. Any suggestions? Bill

I was wondering how to go about creating a login area from within my website where I can have my users get into their WHMCS client area? I am wanting to put this on the homepage of my site where they would enter their email address and password and be taken to the client area. Im sure it is possible, and probably discussed on here, but I couldnt find out how. Thanks for all your help. Bill

I was hoping I could get input on EXACTLY how to integrate my existing design into WHMCS. I tried to do this on my own but editing the header and footer tpl pages, but a get a blank screen when the order page is accessed. Can anyone offer a quick crash course on how to implement this? Thanks BJ
