How to add new language in V5

Hello

 

I have serbian translation for whmcs and use use it in older versions than V5

 

Now in V5 whmcs changed extension for lang files from TXT to PHP and i rechange my lang file name to Srpski.php and put this in header of file

$_LANG['isocode'] = 'rs';

 

But translate did not work as you can see http://www.hosting022.com/log/ also in Localization i setup Serbian language as default
