phila82r Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Hello, using WHMCS v5 from a fresh install, I tried importing WHM/cPanel accounts from a server, and it gave me a 500 ISE from this url http://my.hostingparcel.com/whmcs_v5_admin/whmimport.php?step=2 ----------------------- Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@my.hostingparcel.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ----------------------- I can access my server by clicking the WHM button on the SERVERS page, so the access login and password work great.
