christi Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Hi, How do you deal with orders which are paid by PayPal and then PayPal reverses the transaction or puts it on hold while awaiting more information? The questions is whether it makes sense to manually delete the original transaction from the list of transactions? If I don't do so, when PayPal reinstates the transaction it appears as a new (and therefore double) transaction in WHMCS. How do you deal with such cases?
